The certification test is comprised of 30 (“True or False” style) questions about the tools, strategies and capabilities of the systems discussed in the training videos. We challenge you to pass it with a score of 80% or better to earn your certification.
STEP THREE – GET THE TOOLS & USE THEM
For each manager, executive or owner in your company (up to 4) who completes our “Workforce Alchemy Challenge” and passes the certification test with a score of 80% or better, you will receive $250 worth of FREE assessment tools (referenced in the training).
