Have you ever visited a store and couldn’t find anyone to help you? It happens to me all the time.

I visited a store this weekend who knew how to anticipate customer needs (finding help quickly) and made things easy.

Employees had shirts on that said, “I work here.”  You couldn’t miss them. It was wonderful.

Here’s a simple reminder. Make things easy for your customer or they’ll spend their money elsewhere.
