Gallup surveys on employee engagement say about 16.5% of employees are actively disengaged, hostile or actively looking for ways to cause harm to their employers. But, why?

It’s because they often feel oppressed, taken advantage of or disrespected.  And, when employers aren’t paying attention, disgruntled employees often invite unions, cause chaos and drive up costs to punish the companies they work for whenever and wherever they can.
