B) Access to Workforce Alchemy Certification Testing: Individuals who pass the Workforce Alchemy Certification Test with a score of 80% or better will earn a Workforce Alchemy Certificate and $250 worth of Hiring Suite Assessments featured in the video training modules.
2. 20% Discount off standard pricing on future orders and re-orders of Hiring Suite assessment tools.
3. Free account setup, technical support related to the Hiring Suite assessments, and the online administrative site used to score them.
*An unlimited number of supervisors, managers, executives, and business owners may access the training videos, take the certification test, and earn certificates. However, there is a limit of 4 people per company who may earn $250 worth of assessments (Maximum $1000 worth of assessments per company).
The Non-profit/Association Receives:
1. The authorization to guarantee acceptance in the Workforce Alchemy Challenge for all donors/active members and offer access to the video training modules, certification testing, and up to a maximum of $1000 worth of assessment tools.
2. 20% of the additional revenue received from donors/active members, minus taxes, who order and re-order assessment tools provided under this program for (2) two years following the member’s initial paid purchase of assessment tools.
3. The rights to publish, print, and promote “Done For You” email content, social media posts, and other promotional materials provided by AMO-Employer Services, Inc. (WorkforceAlchemy.com)
* In instances where the association agrees to waive the annual cost of membership dues for AMO-Employer Services, Inc. (WorkforceAlchemy.com), revenue sharing will continue indefinitely as long as the membership remains active and membership costs are covered.
